A little about me..
I'm a busy mum, probably like many of you.
I know how hard it can be to find the time to
exercise and at times the motivation too.
These days we all seem to live busy, and at times hectic lives, we often grab food on the go that may not be the best choice and it's all to easy to find an excuse not to exercise.
I would love to help you find that time, to find that motivation to help you on your journey to a better, healthier you. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness, not a one size fits all.
Having been a serving Police Officer for 22 years I also know the importance of good mental health. Eat better and move daily and your body will thank you for you it. We only have one body, so let's learn to treat it right.
I am REPS registered Personal Trainer, METAFIT coach, Pelvic Floor safe trainer, Pre and Post Natal coach and qualified Nutrition Coach.
