Group training not your thing ? Then let’s work together 1 on 1.

Working together we set your goals and with guidance and motivation from me you will achieve them.

 

So what are the benefits of Personal Training ?

 

The sessions are personally customised for your particular requirements, not a one size fits all approach.

Working 1 on 1 allows me to focus on you alone in order to achieve positive results.

(There is no ceiling to what you are capable of)

You choose how long you want to train - prices start at $40 for a 30 minute session.

 

If you don’t want to train alone the other option is to grab a friend or 2 and train together.

Prices start at $25 each for a 30 minute session.

 

 

BOOTCAMP

Do you prefer training in a group environment ?

Like the vibe of a group, all working out together to be the best version of themselves whilst having fun at the same time.

Then a bootcamp class could be just right for you.

Each class is different and constantly varied to challenge your body.

Resistance training, cardio, core, to name but a few.

 

METAFIT

 

Do you need a workout that’s quick, high intensity and super effective.

If you’re super busy and time is an issue for you then a Metafit class could be the perfect fit.

High intensity interval training that can be scaled to every fitness level.

The classes are short but intense helping you to achieve results faster.
