LKFIT Bootcamps are empowering, women-led sessions designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. We combine movement, mindset, and community to support your journey toward a healthier, stronger you. Join us to feel connected, inspired, and unstoppable—inside and out.

Bootcamp timetable

Monday- 6am and 6.45 am

Wednesday- 6am and 6.45am

Friday- 6am

Saturday- 7am

45 minute classes, $20 per class or LKFIT members $40 p/w unlimited classes. classes are held in Rothesay bay.
